How do I sign up for ISP Billing?

Signing up is quick and easy. Visit our sign-up page, fill in your company details, choose a subdomain, and submit the form. Your account will be reviewed and activated within 24 hours. No credit card is required for the free plan.

How long does account activation take?

After submitting the sign-up form, your account is reviewed and typically activated within 24 hours. In many cases, activation happens much sooner. You will receive an email notification with your login credentials once your account is ready.

What is included in the free plan?

The free plan includes up to 10 customers, core billing and invoicing features, customer management, receipt generation, and basic reporting. It is perfect for small ISPs just getting started or for evaluating the platform before upgrading. Check our pricing page for full plan comparisons.

How does the subdomain setup work?

During sign-up, you choose a unique subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.ispbilling.com.pk). This becomes your dedicated URL to access your ISP Billing dashboard. The subdomain is set up automatically upon account activation. You can access your system from any device using this URL.

What should I do first after my account is activated?

After activation, log in and set up your company profile, configure your internet packages and pricing, add your customer base, and set up payment methods. Our onboarding wizard guides you through each step to get your billing system fully operational within minutes.

What are the available pricing plans?

ISP Billing offers flexible plans starting from a free tier (up to 10 customers) to premium plans for growing ISPs. Paid plans start at Rs. 1,500/month and scale based on customer count and features. Visit our pricing page for detailed plan comparisons and to find the right plan for your business.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and other popular payment methods in Pakistan. For enterprise clients, we also support invoice-based billing with net-30 payment terms. Contact our team if you need an alternative payment arrangement.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be billed the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact our support team or manage your subscription from account settings.

What is the billing cycle?

Billing is on a monthly cycle by default. We also offer annual billing with a discount. Your billing cycle starts from the date your paid plan is activated, and invoices are generated automatically each cycle. You will receive email reminders before each payment is due.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be fully satisfied with ISP Billing.

Is there an API available for integration?

API access is available on premium plans. The RESTful API allows you to integrate ISP Billing with your existing systems, automate workflows, and build custom applications on top of the platform. API documentation is provided upon request. Contact us to learn more about API access.

Is there a mobile app available?

ISP Billing is fully responsive and works on all mobile devices through the browser. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for future release. Currently, you can access all features from your phone or tablet via the web interface with a seamless experience.
Security & Data

How is my data secured?

We take data security seriously. ISP Billing uses SSL encryption for all data in transit, secure server infrastructure, regular security updates, and role-based access controls. Your data is hosted on reliable servers with 99.9% uptime guarantee.

How does multi-tenant data isolation work?

Each ISP account operates in a completely isolated environment. Your data is separated at the database level, ensuring no other tenant can access or view your information. This architecture provides enterprise-grade security for all users regardless of their plan.

Are automatic backups included?

Yes, automatic daily backups are performed for all accounts. Backups are retained for 30 days, allowing you to restore your data if needed. For enterprise plans, we also offer custom backup schedules and off-site backup options for added peace of mind.

Can I export my data?

Absolutely. You can export your data at any time in CSV or Excel format. Customer records, invoices, receipts, financial reports, and other data can all be exported from the respective modules. We believe your data belongs to you and you should always have full access to it.

What support channels are available?

We provide support via email (support@ispbilling.com.pk), phone, and WhatsApp. Our support team is available Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM PKT. Premium plan users also get priority support with faster response times.

What is the typical support response time?

We aim to respond to all support queries within 24 hours. Priority support users (premium plans) typically receive responses within 4-6 hours. Critical issues affecting billing or service availability are prioritized and handled on an urgent basis.
