How ISP Billing came to life
ISP Billing was born out of a real need. Internet Service Providers across Pakistan and beyond were struggling with fragmented tools -- spreadsheets for billing, separate software for accounting, manual HR processes, and no unified system to tie everything together. We set out to change that.
Built from the ground up with deep understanding of how ISPs operate, ISP Billing brings together 30+ modules into a single, cohesive platform. From customer onboarding and automated invoicing to full double-entry accounting, HR & payroll, inventory management, and complaint tracking -- every aspect of running an ISP business is covered.
What started as a solution for local ISPs in Pakistan has grown into a comprehensive multi-tenant SaaS platform that can serve ISPs of any size, anywhere. Each company gets its own isolated environment with a dedicated subdomain, ensuring data security and privacy while enjoying the benefits of a fully managed cloud service.
